Step 1: Preparing the ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of RECOMED neutral cocktail

  • 30g of expanded amaranth

  • 30g of almond flakes

  • 100g of dessert chocolate

  • 60g of cream butter

Step 2: Preparation method

Dissolve the butter and chocolate, cool, add the RECOMED cocktail , stir until the ingredients are combined. Pour amaranth, almonds, orange zest into the mass, mix everything together until uniform. Put the mass into a mold, after cooling it in the refrigerator, cut it into four bars.

Step 3: Serving method

Serve as desired. Bon Appetit!
