Step 1: Preparing the ingredients
Ingredients:
1 sachet of RECOMED chocolate cocktail (dissolved in 30 ml of milk)
1/2 packet of chocolate pudding with sugar
100 ml double cream 30%
5g of powdered sugar
250 ml of milk 0.5%
23 ml of rum
Step 2: Preparation method
Boil the pudding according to the recipe on the package, and chill. Mix the RECOMED cocktail dissolved in milk with the cooled pudding until completely combined. Beat the cream until stiff, add sugar, mix. Add rum and 2/3 of the whipped cream to the pudding mass, until smooth.
Step 3: Serving method
Portion and garnish with the rest of the whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Cool it down. Bon Appetit!
