Step 1: Preparing the ingredients
Ingredients:
1 sachet of RECOMED neutral cocktail
17g of biscuits
100g of mascarpone cheese
200g heavy cream 30%
6g of instant coffee in 3 tablespoons of water
5g of powdered sugar
a few drops of almond oil
Step 2: Preparation method
Beat the cream until stiff, add sugar and mix. Add the oil to the cheese. In the melted coffee, mix the RECOMED cocktail , combine with the cheese and half of the whipped cream. Break the biscuits, put the bottom of the cup, soak them with rum punch (1/4 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of rum). Lay the coffee mass, jam, whipped cream, jam and coffee mass in layers on the sponge cakes. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with coffee. Cool it down.
Step 3: Serving method
Serve in glass cups. Bon Appetit!
