Step 1: Preparing the ingredients
Ingredients:
20 g of biscuits (6-8 small pieces)
curd
1 sachet of RECOMED vanilla cocktail
150g of lean ground curd (must be at room temperature)
1/2 lemon jelly
1/2 orange jelly
50 ml double cream (must be at room temperature)
Top: 1/2 cranberry jelly
Step 2: Preparation method
Cheese mass: Dissolve orange and cranberry jelly in 3/4 cup of water, and dissolve lemon jelly in 0.5 cup of water. When the orange jelly becomes solid, cut it into cubes. Mix the curd at low speed with cream and sugar. Mix the cheese mass with the RECOMED cocktail . Pour the declining lemon jelly slowly into the cheese mass and mix at low speed. Toss the chopped jelly into the cheese mass, mix. Pour the mass on the biscuits and put in the refrigerator to solidify. Pour the settling cranberry jelly on the cheese mass and put in the refrigerator until it is completely concentrated.
Step 3: Serving method
