Step 1: Preparing the ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of RECOMED vanilla cocktail

  • 100 ml of milk

  • 10g of gelatin

  • 100g of lean cottage cheese

  • 100g of natural yoghurt

  • 100g of forest fruit

  • 5g of sugar

Step 2: Preparation method

Boil milk with sugar, remove from heat and, stirring constantly, add gelatin. Stir until it dissolves. Set aside to cool. Mix the cottage cheese with yoghurt and RECOMED cocktail until smooth, fluffy. Mix the mass with the gelatin dissolved in milk. Rub at the highest speed for 3 minutes, until the mass is light and fluffy. Put 2/3 of the mass into glasses, put in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Add part of the blended fruit to the remaining mass and blend. Put the fruit mass on a light one and put it back in the fridge until it is firm.

Step 3: Serving method

Before serving, garnish with the rest of the fruit. Bon Appetit!
