Step 1: Preparing the ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 sachet RECOMED strawberry

  • 20g blueberry jam

  • 50g blueberries (black currants)

  • 20g of instant semolina

  • 140g of milk

  • 5g of sugar

  • pinch of salt

Step 2: Preparation method

Mix the semolina with cold milk, add salt, lemon zest and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then cook the mass for approx. 1-2 min. over low heat, stirring gently so that no lumps form. Take the groats off the heat and cool it down to the temperature of room. Add RECOMED cocktail to the cooled mass, mix until fluffy. Add the jam, mix it and portion it out.

Step 3: Serving method

We serve the mousse in salad bowls, topped with jam and garnished with fruit and a mint leaf. Bon Appetit!
