Step 1: Preparing the ingredients
Ingredients:
1 sachet of RECOMED neutral cocktail
30g of fitness cereal (or other favorites)
150 ml of milk
30g of peeled bananas
30g of peeled kiwi
30g of orange fillets
Step 2: Preparation method
Dissolve RECOMED cocktail in milk. Add diced fruit to the flakes, pour nutritious milk over everything.
Step 3: Serving method
Serve in bowls. Bon Appetit!
