Step 1: Preparing the ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of RECOMED neutral cocktail

  • 30g of fitness cereal (or other favorites)

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 30g of peeled bananas

  • 30g of peeled kiwi

  • 30g of orange fillets

Step 2: Preparation method

Dissolve RECOMED cocktail in milk. Add diced fruit to the flakes, pour nutritious milk over everything.

Step 3: Serving method

Serve in bowls. Bon Appetit!
